Dinner is served seven days a week. Sample menus are available below, some dishes may change. We also serve Afternoon Tea in the lounge every afternoon between 3-5pm, booking is essential.
Looking for somewhere different for breakfast? Book your table now for that breakfast meeting or just a catch up with friends. Served 7am-9.30am Monday-Friday and 8am-10am Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant was the first in Wiltshire to receive the Wiltshire Breakfast Award, given to restaurants who serve at least 5 ingredients sourced from the county. This includes sausages and bacon from Sandridge Farm in Bromham, jams made in the village, honey from our bee hives and eggs from Purton House.

We are happy to cater for most dietary requirements, please inform us of your needs on booking. We cannot however guarantee that any of our dishes will be 100% allergen free.
We welcome well behaved children of any age to the hotel & restaurant but do ask that any children under 12 have left the restaurant by 8.30pm.
Non-resident dogs are also welcome to join us, but we do ask that their owners eat in the bar as we do not allow dogs in the restaurant. Please contact us if you would like to bring your dog as we may not be able to accept them on particularly busy nights.
Ideal gifts for friends and family. Gift vouchers are available for accommodation and the restaurant, they are completely flexible so can include whatever you want. Dinner for two, a couple of Gin & Tonics and a bottle of wine? Maybe just Sunday lunch? How about a night away with dinner, the ideal wedding present for the couple who has everything.
Treat yourself to delicious homemade Afternoon Tea, enjoy our beautiful gardens or curl up in front of the log fire. Our traditional English tea is the perfect way to relax with close friends and relatives or entertain colleagues.
Enjoy a selection of finger sandwiches, fruit tarts (mince pies during December), homemade scones with cream & jam from the village as well as your choice of Twinings English Breakfast, Ramsbury Teas herbal teas or freshly brewed coffee.

Just £15.00 per person, bookings need to be made a day in advance as all our items are freshly made to ensure the finest quality. As such, we would appreciate knowledge of any change in numbers as soon as possible as we may have to charge for any last minute cancellations.
Why not treat yourself to something extra special and include a glass of Cuvee Alix, a white wine grown in the vineyard in the hotel gardens, for an extra £8.00 per person or add a glass of champagne for an extra £11.00 per person.
Our Afternoon tea is freshly prepared for you to enjoy in our relaxing public areas. For your own good health and well being we do not recommend that any food is taken away to be consumed in your own home.
